Welcome everyone to the Tallahassee - Krasnodar Sister Cities web site, tkscp.org. This site is dedicated to building a bridge between the citizens of Tallahassee, Florida and Krasnodar, Russia, to the free and open communications between these citizens, and to supporting and promoting civic interaction between these cities. Below you will find a list outlining the different areas of interest ranging from the structure of the TKSCP organization and our ongoing activities, to an introduction of Sister Cities International and the history of citizen diplomacy in the world.
